| 1881 Heritage features a shopping mall, a heritage hotel in the Former Marine Police Headquarters, and an exhibition hall. The original site of 1881 Heritage was used as the headquarters of the Hong Kong Marine Police from 1880's to 1996. In 1994, the Antiquities and Monuments Office listed three of the site’s buildings as declared monuments, proof of their historical significance.
