Trade Descriptions Ordinance Shop with Extra Peace of Mind! Trade Descriptions Ordinance has been amended to enhance consumer protection while shopping. To enhance consumer protection while shopping, amendments have been made to the Trade Descriptions Ordinance from 2 March 2009 in Hong Kong.
